Your account = your 12 words

There is no password and no company that can reset your account. These 12 words are the only key. Look after them and you’re safe.

Write them on paper, in order. By hand. Keep the paper somewhere safe at home — with important documents, or in a safe.
Never photograph, type online, or share them. Not in a text, email, or any website.
New phone? Choose Restore and type your 12 words. You’re back — same name, same groups.
Anyone asking for your words is a scammer. The church will never ask. We will never ask. If unsure, close the app and ask someone you trust.
